Strategic Customer Success Manager for Canva Enterprise in Austin, Texas, responsible for the full post-implementation journey of strategic North American accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead post-sale customer success management for strategic accounts, including onboarding, training, adoption, and advocacy. Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales. Own renewal execution and expansion strategy to contribute to NRR and GRR outcomes. Proactively diagnose risk, develop mitigation plans, and mobilize internal resources to protect accounts. Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs, influence the product roadmap, and champion customer success best practices.
Requirements
6+ years of Enterprise-level post-sale experience in B2B SaaS with a demonstrated history of exceeding renewal and expansion quotas. Proven ability to own a book of business with specific retention and growth results. Data-driven storytelling skills to interpret metrics and influence stakeholders. Commercial mindset with strategic negotiation and revenue management capabilities. Consultative and strategic approach to connecting product value to business outcomes. Strong relationship building, multi-threading, and executive-level credibility. Effective communication and influence skills across cross-functional teams and executives.
