About the Role
A 12-month contract Recruiting Coordinator role responsible for scaling teams by managing end-to-end interview scheduling, onsite candidate experience, and recruiting logistics for Carbon Robotics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end interview scheduling across all recruitment stages; own onsite candidate experience including hospitality and logistics; serve as an ambassador for candidates and hiring teams; maintain candidate data integrity in the ATS; support recruiting events and career fairs; manage job listings across job boards and social platforms; and provide front-desk coverage when needed while working 4 days per week in the Seattle office.
Requirements
1+ years of proven talent coordination or recruiting operations experience; proficiency with Google Workspace, modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), and recruiting networks; familiarity with modern talent acquisition practices and recruitment funnel metrics; ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; proactive communication and problem-solving skills; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
