About the Role
A product and brand design role at V7 focused on owning the visual direction, marketing site in Framer, and product UI, while shaping the design system and front-end refactor.
Key Responsibilities
Own the marketing site end to end in Framer, including CMS collections, dynamic content, responsive behaviour and interaction states. Design product UI against the design system, from early exploration to polished, buildable specs, working alongside engineers. Define motion and interaction, including animation, empty and loading states, and transitions. Take on new surfaces such as visualising the Context Graph. Run an AI-first workflow using tools like Claude Design and Cursor to explore variants and generate specs.
Requirements
Product and brand designer with strong visual instincts and thoughtful product thinking, with a portfolio showing coherent direction across web, marketing, and product. Proficiency in Framer, including CMS collections, animation, and polish. Ability to work within a design system, extending components and maintaining consistency. Comfort with code to make minor fixes via pull requests. Familiarity with AI tooling to amplify output and speed.

At V7, we’re building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. Our mission is to turn human knowledge into trustworthy AI, making complex tasks faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’re growing fast, backed by leading investors and AI pioneers (including the minds behind Transformers and Gemini).THE TEAM YOU'LL BE JOINING AND IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE- You'll own how V7 looks and feels to the world, across both the marketing site and the product itself. This is a product and brand design role first: you'll be setting the visual direction, designing the product experience and making sure the two hang together.- Our design team is small and sits close to engineering. Designers here work directly with the people building the product, and the loop between a design decision and it appearing in the codebase is short.- A lot of this currently sits with contractors or is spread thinly across the team. You'll pull it in-house and become the person who owns the brand and the product's design language.- You'll help shape our design system and the front-end refactor that sits underneath it, defining the components and patterns everyone else builds on. Engineering will do the heavy lifting on implementation, but you'll be the one deciding what good looks like.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING FROM DAY ONE:- Own the marketing site end to end in Framer, including the parts most people skip: CMS collections, dynamic content, responsive behaviour and interaction states.- Design product UI against our design system, from early exploration through to polished, buildable specs, working alongside engineers rather than throwing designs over the wall.- Define motion and interaction: animation, empty and loading states, transitions, and the detail that makes a product feel finished. Where it's quicker to tweak it yourself in the codebase, you can.- Take on genuinely new surfaces that don't have a pattern yet, like visualising the Context Graph: node
