About the Role
A Data Operations Analyst role on the RCM Global Operations team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of key processes and data through quality assurance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance checks on operational processes to ensure zero errors; follow detailed processes meticulously and maintain comprehensive documentation; analyze large datasets and perform quality checks using SQL to identify discrepancies and support business decisions; write detailed instructions and process documents for internal teams; communicate complex topics clearly in written and verbal formats; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams to uphold quality standards and solve emerging issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; extreme attention to detail; proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis of large datasets; strong documentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; a mindset of ownership and accountability; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity. The role requires working the night shift (10:00 pm – 7:00 am, BST) Monday to Friday.
